The International Bedaux Institute initiates the European Simple Initiative (ESI) workgroup and supports and facilitates this group.
Mission
The mission of ESI is to help organisations and professionals who have committed themselves to the application and development of Work Simplification, share ideas and experiences and help each other to continuously inspire, improve and innovate their Work Simplification programs and practices.
Work Simplification
For ESI Members, Work Simplification is much more than a science or a technique.
Work Simplification is an attitude and the professional drive to continuously improve the quality of human labour.
By simplifying work processes, jobs become more effective, more satisfactory, more meaningful and more rewarding.
Word Simplification serves companies, professionals as well as individual workers.
Work Simplification is a responsibility for leadership, specialists and workers in the organisation.
Work Simplification starts with a systematic study of the methods of carrying on activities.
It develops ways to improve the effective use of resources.
It helps to set up standards, in order to secure improvements.
